Training Load Panic Ass
"Okay to suffer. Not okay to exceed algorithmic recommendation."
This ass will happily run themselves into the ground, so long as an app blesses the ground in advance. Suffering is fine. Suffering is welcome. But suffering beyond the recommended weekly load triggers a full-blown crisis, a red gauge, a stern notification, and a guilt spiral no amount of actual fitness can soothe. They are not afraid of pain. They are afraid of the algorithm's disapproval. A number drifts into the amber zone and their entire nervous system files for emergency leave. Devoted, disciplined, and utterly enslaved to a training-load graph that has, by now, more authority over their choices than their coach, their doctor, and their common sense combined.
Know someone who has earned the Training Load Panic Ass? Put them up for it.
