This ass has automated their entire life and now spends all of their time maintaining the automations. Every task has a workflow. Every workflow has a bug. What once took five minutes now takes an account, three webhooks, and a quiet Tuesday spent debugging why the thing that saves them time has stopped working again. They will happily spend six hours automating a job that recurs twice a year, purely for the principle of never touching it by hand. Efficiency is the dream.
